The exterior boasts traditional black timber cladding and white render walls. The interior however is a more modern coastal interpretation, using clean lines and natural materials. The internal layout is designed on a ‘cross’ axis, to create vistas to all corners of the site. Large dormer windows celebrate the coastal views and oversized rooflights above the kitchen and First floor landing give a sense of infinite space, in touching distance to the sky.
