This week we checked on progress at our alteration and extension project to a former Headmasters House in Suffolk.
It was great to see the VMZinc Anthra-zinc cladding being applied to the facades and roof of the new extension. This is the final element of the external elevation treatment and the building is now essentially water tight with the roof finish and roof lights installed, insulating render applied to the existing walls, external triple glazed windows and doors fixed throughout and internal plastering now underway.
Over the coming weeks, electrics and plumbing will be completed, final fittings and flooring will be installed and decoration undertaken.
